Our company allows you to return or change the products purchased from our online store.
Terms of Returns
You can return or change the product within
14 days from its date of purchase.
The product should not be used, its packaging has not been opened and is in good condition.
The product should be accompanied by all the necessary documents demonstrating the transaction (receipt, invoice, etc.)
In such a case please contact our company to inform us of your intent to return or change the product. You can contact us either by phone (tel: +30 2130256177) or electronically through the contact form on our website.
Returning products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
NOTE: For hygienic reasons no returns are accepted on fluid replacements of electronic cigarettes.
Procedure for returning the product for changes:
Delivery of the product
In this case we would ask you to observe the following procedure:
i. Pack the product in a larger box for protecting it during shipment.
ii. Place a written document in English language inside the package mentioning your desire to change or return the product. In case of change, please mention the new product you want to be sent. Moreover, please give us instructions for settling any financial differences if the product has been approved for a change or a refund.
iii. Return the parcel via the freight
services used by us for sending it and address it to our “Return Department”.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
In case of changing the product, shipping costs are borne by the client.
In the event that the product infringes the terms and refunds declared unfit to return, it will be shipped back to the customer who will also bear the transport costs.
